FYI, this story is more than a year old

There’s something surprisingly beautiful about 20 strangers passionately kissing on camera.

First kisses can be awkward moments, but the results of this social experiment suggests the contrary, more that they warm the heart and kickstart the goosebumps.

The brainchild of Los-Angeles-based filmmaker Tatia Pllieva, with the help of Wren Studio, the three-minute clip has fast become a YouTube sensation, registering over 16 million hits in only two days.

Entitled “First Kiss”, the video captures ten scenarios of complete strangers meeting, exchanging small talk and passionately embracing - offering a refreshing take on a usually uncomfortable moment.

A video which attracted over two millions views in less than 24 hours, the clip has now officially went viral, commanding attention from all corners of the globe.
