Microsoft Devices has announced its new flagship device, the Lumia 930, will arrive in New Zealand this month.

Available exclusively through Vodafone New Zealand, the Lumia 930 comes straight out of the box with the latest operating system, Windows Phone 8.1.

“In today’s world, people are looking for devices that are both pretty and powerful," says Steve Lewis, General Manager of Microsoft Mobile Devices in ANZ.

"They want the design, as well as the features to help them get the most out of every moment at work, home and play.”

“With the Lumia 930 we have created a smartphone that blends stunning design with features that allows people to take control of their busy lives and take back a bit of ‘me’ time, whether that’s being hyper productive on the go, capturing, sharing and storing amazing images and video at a sports game, or Skyping friends and family from home.”

Vodafone Consumer Director, Matt Williams, says the Lumia 930 is an exciting addition to Vodafone’s extensive line up of cutting-edge devices.

"Fans of Microsoft can experience the best of what the Lumia 930 has to offer on Vodafone – including crystal clear HD Voice calling and superfast 4G speeds," he adds.

"With 4G available at 52 locations around New Zealand, thousands of Kiwis have come to enjoy – and rely on – the speed of 4G for personal and business use.

"Running on the latest Windows 8.1 operating system, the Lumia 930 offers a seamless experience across your phone, tablet, Windows PC and Xbox devices – making it easier to access your favourite shared files in more places – as well as Live Tiles so you can quickly and easily stay connected to the things that matter most.”

The Nokia Lumia 930 will be available exclusively through Vodafone for an RRP of NZ$999 and comes in black.
