FYI, this story is more than a year old

Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation (RPA), is to partner with Wipro, a global information technology, consulting and business process services company, as a premium partner and leading RPA pioneer and provider for the Wipro Automation Lab.

The announcement is part of Automation Anywhere's ongoing commitment to support local innovation and development and comes as the company was recently named a Leader in Gartner's 2019 Magic Quadrant for RPA Software.

The Automation Lab, designed by Wipro, is aimed at bringing together and showcasing the latest transformation enablers like Digital Workforce, Cognitive Automation, Workflow and Analytics technologies; developing rapid prototyping and off-the-shelf products for quicker go-to-markets for Australian organisations; and providing opportunities to fresh graduates as well as skilled talent in Australia to get certified in the latest automation technologies.

“The Automation Lab at Wipro aims to provide an environment focused on visualising possibilities and generating instant and actionable outcomes for organisations embarking on their digital transformation journey,” says Automation Anywhere ANZ senior vice president and managing director Tim Ebbeck.

“We are proud of our strategic partnership with Wipro that puts Automation Anywhere's Digital Workforce and cognitive automation capabilities at the forefront and will help drive new innovations and solutions for the rapidly changing industry environment in Australia and New Zealand.

The Automation Lab is a unique project in the ANZ market and will focus on simplifying automation, enhancing the end-user experience, and providing a playground for organisations to co-create business solutions with Wipro and leading automation providers like Automation Anywhere.

“This automation lab is one of the steps in our endeavour to bring global innovations closer to our customers in Australia and New Zealand,” says Wipro senior vice president and Asia Pacific and Japan business head Manoj Nagpaul.

“The lab will be home to state-of-the-art products matched with some of the best industry developers to help customers understand, see, touch and feel how automation can change their business landscape.
