CallPlus has launched a managed voice solution for small businesses dubbed Connect Lite.

The solution aims to give small businesses access to the latest premium technologies without a significant upfront investment.

Kelvin Hussey, General Manger of CallPlus, explained, “With SMEs forming the majority of New Zealand businesses, it made sense to develop a product specifically for them.”

Connect Lite is described as a PABX replacement allowing businesses without in-house IT support access to a cost effective and feature rich telecommunications system with round the clock monitoring.

“It also allows businesses direct control over administrative tasks that previously would have been logged with a service provider,” added Hussey.

The Kiwi-owned telco says that with Connect Lite, customers receive a business bundle consisting of premium VoIP feature rich desk phones, Internet, WiFi and Local Area Network.

The service is managed 24/7 by CallPlus technicians.
