Forrester names Adobe a Leader for B2B and B2C suites

Adobe has been named a Leader in two recent ecommerce reports from Forrester Research – “The Forrester Wave: B2C Commerce Suites, Q2 2020” and “The Forrester Wave: B2B Commerce Suites, Q2 2020.” 

Adobe has been evaluated as a Leader following the company’s acquisition of the Magento platform in June 2018.  

Adobe was one of 13 vendors in the B2B Wave and 10 vendors in the B2C Wave that were evaluated on their Strategy, Current Offering and Market Presence.  

Adobe is the only vendor to have achieved a rating of 3 or higher out of 5 in all criteria in both Waves.

“Regardless of whether you’re a B2B or a B2C brand, commerce has taken a defining role as more companies embrace Customer Experience Management (CXM),” says Adobe commerce product and platform vice president Jason Woosley.
