ReachLocal snaps up three local Google SME partner awards

09 Mar 2016

ReachLocal, the online digital marketing system, has won three Google Australia/New Zealand premier SME partner awards: Quality Score Champion, Highest Customer Service Satisfaction and Highest AdWords Account Performance Satisfaction.

This is the second consecutive year in which ReachLocal ANZ has won the Quality Score Champion (previously Best Quality AdWords Accounts) and Highest AdWords Account Performance Satisfaction awards.

According to the company, the awards highlight ReachLocal’s best-in-class digital search technology and customer service.

"We're delighted to win these three awards from Google. The ReachLocal ANZ team comes in every day with a relentless focus on delivering effective ad campaigns for our clients that bring them more customers online," says Justin O’Sullivan, ReachLocal managing director, APAC.

“The Highest Customer Service Satisfaction award is particularly encouraging as our team is focused on making sure our clients have confidence in our ability to get the best results possible and enjoy working with us. We’re honoured to share our success with all our clients," he says.

These three awards add to the other three awards ReachLocal won from Google in December 2015, including Quality Score Champions and an Innovator Award for its ReachEdge solution, a marketing attribution software designed for local businesses.

“I’m so proud of our global team. These six awards from Google are a reflection of the expertise we provide in creating, managing and optimising our clients’ campaigns. It’s also a testament to how we’re continually innovating our products and technology, as well as prioritising great client experience,” says Sharon Rowlands, ReachLocal CEO.

Premier SME Partners meet Google’s highest standards and criteria for qualification, transparency and customer service, which includes completing extensive Google product and account management training. This ensures they can provide small businesses with the most effective AdWords advertising solutions.
